To pamper yourself is a treat in the morning, whether it's ten minutes of meditation or five minutes of quietly sipping coffee, the rest of the day feels better. It gives pleasure at work cheerful and calm, with a more positive approach and a more polished appearance. Morning rituals can set the tone for the rest of the day.

We seem to be always on the go these days, with little time to exercise self-care. Yes, getting to watch a movie now and then, but it's usually while being on the phone answering emails. It's like resting but still attempting to be active. From winding up getting no sleep at all.

So, it is very important on spending time on yourself in the early hours of the day is possible and entirely worthwhile. Here are some ideas for making the most of the morning, even if not having much time.

Do a Ten-Minute Meditation

It takes a few minutes to calm the mind if want to truly pamper yourself. Get into the habit of practicing ten-minute meditations by downloading a useful app.

Face masks are one of my favorite beauty products, but I don't use them as often as I'd want for one reason: time. Applying the mask, letting it dry for 15-20 minutes, and then rinsing it off is a lengthy process, and I normally save face masks for weekends. Traditional face masks take up to 20 minutes to work

Doing Things That Feels Good

The nicest part about having a head start on the day is this. Even if it's only for 10 minutes, doing something enjoyable before going to work or school is a must.
